So is there any "ideal weight" charts that take into account having a mighty bosom? I always check the "large frame" section, and it seems like 160 is my "ideal weight". I guess that makes sense, that's 27 off of what I am now. But I can't help feeling like the girls are accounting for a decent chunk of that weight. I'm just not sure how much I can blame on them.
ANYWAY WHAT I'M SAYING IS I NEED TO STOP CHECKING THE SCALE EVERY DAY. I'm only doing it because the scale in the workout room is right there.
And hooping is causing me to ache in my hips. I think maybe I'm already ready to go back to yoga.
