I think it would be awesome to make a text-based adventure game based on my llama trilogy. But that would require knowledge about programming text-based adventure games. And patience.
I'm feeling a lot better this week than I did last week. Knitting on Rogue is going well, the bust dart worked PERFECTLY and is therefore the most amazing thing I have ever accomplished. However, I'm fearful I'll be short a skein, so I left the hood for last and am working on the second sleeve. Hopefully I won't use up the skein I have left on it, and I'll be able to gauge how much more I'll need for the hood. But right now, prospects are looming towards "Will need more yarn".
The Hitchhiker's Guide game would be more fun to play if I didn't have to start completely over every time I died. I've memorized the first ten or twenty commands. The site they tell you to go to for full saving capabilities will not actually load the game.
The problem with it is that if you let too many turns pass without successfully doing anything, you are likely to die through lack of being proactive, so being able to save would be a plus. It's a really entertaining game, though, so hooray for that!
I have nothing worthwhile or interesting to say, I just needed to post, to let my vast and insatiable audience of readers know I am alive and well.
Or, you know, at least more well than last week. Still snurffly, though.
