ANYWHOOSLE, she bid folks comment for questions, and she gave me five to answer, so I'm answering them. You're supposed to then offer to give folks that reply five questions, but dudes, I'm unspeakably lazy and incredibly strapped for time right now, so NO QUESTIONS FOR YOU.
1. What is one thing that brightens your day / mood no matter how bad you are feeling? (yes, I am asking everyone)
Hmm...kitties. I'd be hard pressed to look into the face of a kitty and continue feeling quite as bad. Ice cream helps, too. And maybe kisses. ;)
2. What got you into knitting?
When I was eight, I was watching my grandma knit an afghan, and she had this ginormous piece of fabric hanging off her needles, going round and round and round. So I asked her to teach me how to do it. Thinking back now, I'm really impressed that she took the time to teach a little kid how to do something that requires lots of fine motor skills, but she did it, she was very patient, and that is where I initially got the knitting bug. :)
3. Did you finish ScriFre?
4. What is your ultimate professional goal in life?
I don't have one. Or, rather, it changes on a near daily basis. I really doubt I could be happy doing any one thing for the rest of my life, except for maybe fantasizing about all the options that are out there.
5. What is your ultimate personal goal in life?
To not let myself feel old, to not let myself get in a rut, and to do whatever makes me happy. I've got fairly basic goals. :)
Today in my lj history:
Whining about living at my parent's house! Glad I don't do that anymore!
I AM SO TIRED. I WANT TO SLEEP AND SLEEP AND SLEEP AND SLEEP AND NEVER WAKE UP AGAIN.
