I am so happy right now because I am eating a sandwich. Not just ANY sandwich, a SUGAR-FREE sandwich! That's right, these sandwiches are the only things from my stint with no sugar that I discovered I actually like, nay, prefer to their otherwise sugary counterpart. There's this fruit spread from Whole Foods that is the most badass stuff on planet earth. I tried eating it with regular peanut butter, only to discover that I had grown an intense fondness for the stuff that contains no ingredients other than peanuts and salt! Slap it all on Nature's Own Whole Grain Sugar Free bread, and it's my healthiest lunch in six months, probably!
Now that I've got monies, I'm going to do my best to keep my sugar intake to a MINIMUM. This doesn't mean I'm going off the stuff completely (NEVER AGAIN), but I am going to try to watch what I eat. I also bought bananas* and some Cambell's clam chowder, which I figure has got to be healthier than ramen. It's at the very least more filling.
Ok, I'm going to shut up about my food and actually EAT it!
