Well, I've been playing my legacy challenge a lot recently, and MAN, some exciting stuff has been happening. Mostly on account of me trying to get extra legacy points via ghost colors. I'm actively working on "death by flies", which is harder than it would seem, but I'd like to get it out of the way since I'm at the beginning of my legacy so I can accumulate the easier ghost colors as I want to get rid of other Sims I may hate I go along.

But, in the midst of my death by flies scenario, I managed to do something I had just kind of shunted to the side as undoable, I wasn't even trying, it was total luck. I got the "social bunny romance interaction" bonus. TWO POINTS, MAN. For something really weird and bizzare. And kinda awesome.

I finally got rid of my cats. My mom and I made a clandestine trek at midnight and left them on a no-kill shelter's doorstep. It was horrible. I really miss them, which surprizes me, actually. How much I miss them. I never realized how accustomed I'd become to their catly presence. But now that they're gone, it's really weird....I come home, open the door, and there are no cats sitting there blearily looking at me. I can go to my room and not worry about having to shut the door for fear of them coming in. I don't have to stress about whether or not they've been fed. There's no more growth to the impressive piles of shit that have been accumulating.

All of this seems like it would be a good thing, but honestly, it's just REALLY WEIRD. It's been a loooooooooooooong time since I've lived without a cat.

So, now that I've got no cats, I'm planning on cleaning up the apartment and making it not smell. But I REALLY need to get a roommate. SO: Megan and Janna: Would either one of you be interested in maybe rooming with me? It wouldn't be for a couple of months, as I have some mad cleaning to do (which will probably not get done expediently due to the mad simming I've also been doing), but you would have the entire living room to yourself, to live in and decorate as you please. I'm actually not home all that often, and when I am, I'm usually locked in my room reading or on the computer something like that. I'd rather have a roomie I know and trust than just try and find someone random. LET ME KNOW!!!
