A meme and some video game talk

Ganked from sra33:

"You are late-sleepy relaxation, the half-awake moment when you realize it's morning, but you don't have to get up, because there's no place you have to be. You are that cozy spot under the covers where everything feels temporarily perfect, even if you know you'll eventually have to wiggle out and start the day. Maybe you're the artistic type, who doesn't function well on a normal schedule. Sleep's important to you, and you like the freedom of sleeping as late as you want (especially since that is closely related to the freedom to stay up as late as you want). You like to roll out of bed, put on some comfy clothes, and get a laid back start to the day. If not everything on your list gets accomplished, no worries. Your only priority is having no priorities – you just want to take things at a slow, mellow pace."

It's all true, too! I couldn't have gotten a more perfect result. Thank you, The N! (And here I was almost forgetting about you).

tomnoir wrote a cool article on gaming, and I'm only bringing that up because of this post I made a while back about how I'm not big on games. Because, against all my better wishes, I've been sucked into playing World of Warcraft and I like it. I also play Guitar Hero, Rock Band, DDR (when I remember to), The Sims 2 (always have, always will), and my life has been full of various simulation games (SimCity, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Grand Theft Auto, Harvest Moon). Plus, Mr. Noir makes some good points against my "it ain't social" argument, to which I say, you win, Mr. Noir! I stand down. Games are awesome.

(I also blame Mur Lafferty and all her Geek Fu essays on teh awesome of gaming.)

What I'm saying here is, sometimes I'm Wrongy McWrongerson, and I ain't ashamed to admit it when I am.
