POSTING WITH NOTHING TO SAY! It's very exciting.

I can't remember if I've wished everyone a happy New Year yet. I could go back and check my entries, but OMG lazy. I've been sleeping all day, but I should probably go to bed soon anyway so that I don't get in the habit of staying up ridiculously late only to sleep all morning. That would not be a wise move. I do fully intend on sleeping until ten every day if at all possible, except that I have to get up around the same time I usually did to take Channa to school in the morning, possibly Corie as well if she will fit in my messy, messy car. But I can then go home and go back to sleep afterwards.

Apocalypse Challenge the second isn't going a whole heck of a lot better than my first attempt, except that I've gotten my main chick preggers already. So maybe I can get her pregnant twice, and she can have two kids, so that I'll have twice the chances of getting to the top of at least one career track. And two options for potential heirs. I'm hoping like crap that both of her kids turn out to be girls, if she gets to have a second kid, that is. Because since she failed to reach the top of any career track (for the time being, at least, I'm going to see what I can do about getting her to the top of medical as an elder), I still can't move in or marry any sims. Right now, there's no income for the house, since she had to quit her job due to pregnancy, and I am going to start losing items due to having to pay the protection money. All in all, it's kind of depressing to play, but I am determined to persevere! I'm thinking the smart thing to do would be to get the new kids pregnant as soon as they become adults, THEN get them a job when the children start growing up, so that they don't have to quit their jobs because of babies. That would be the smart thing to do. And focus on getting them to body level ten ASAP, so that they can leave the house as teenagers and elders. My current sim is only on body level three, and she becomes an elder in...I want to say seven or eight days? Which means she needs to get off her ass and start working out if she wants to go for that job in the medical career. Her lifetime want is to reach the top of the medical career track, so it would be a good thing for her if she manages to.

Okay, I'm shutting the hell up about the sims now, and I'm just going to play it, because I'm sure you don't really care all that much, especially since no pictures are involved. :) I'll post pictures once she has her baby.
