Autumn Travel

Thank you, world

So I was ready to kill everyone at work today, which is normal, and James sent me to go rush and pick up a check from a property management company that owed us money, so that I could include it on today's deposit. I was already running late to get to the bank on time when I left the office, and some dude was trying to sell me toys I totally didn't want as I was walking out the door. I got lost on the way to the stupid place, it was hotter than hell in their office when I finally found it, I picked up the check, turned to my car to go back to the bank aaaaaaaaaand...

....discovered I'd locked my keys in my car. And my cell phone. And the only person's phone number I have memorized is James', my boss.

So, I called him, and he told me to call the locksmith we use and he'd pay them back tomorrow. I called said locksmith, and they said they'd be there in twenty minutes.

After waiting around for about two minutes, outside, in the plesantly cool weather with absolutely no other human around and the only company being some really pretty pine trees, not to mention the fact that the sun was on its way down, so the whole area looked all nice and orangy, I realized that I wanted the locksmith to take as long as possible getting there. It was a really nice, MUCH needed break. I don't think I've spent more than five seconds outside in forever, and it was just so NICE out, so calm and relaxing. I don't think I've ever been happier I locked my keys in the car.

Anyway, I don't have a whole heck of a lot else to say, so that's it for now.
