I've been informed that I don't update my journal enough.

I missed yoga today, so now I'm trying to eat ice cream except Aaron's eating it instead.

This is why I never update my journal.

Thank you for talking about it. Everybody hears about cults in the abstract, but shared personal experience makes it a lot more real and relatable.
